We carry out all types of valuations, which include Mortgage Valuations, Rental Assessment, Insurance Valuations, Accounting/Book Keeping/ Liquidation/Privatization, for purposes of buying or selling of property, Owner Occupied house allowance claim, going concern Valuations where we advise on the value of a business on “walk – in walk – out” basis, including the goodwill payable, Petrol station Valuations Etc.
ESTATE MANAGEMENT
We manage both commercial and residential properties on all aspects relating to property management which include: -Rent collection, repairs and maintenance, Property letting, Rental assessments & appraisals, Management of out goings, Collection and management of service charge, Condition survey reports, Security, Garbage collection, Etc..

AGENCY SERVICES
The Agency service is generally required in the acquisition of property or in the ultimate disposal of a final product. It may involve acquisition of land for development, letting of a finished development or sale of the same. The process is best undertaken by competent professionals as it goes beyond mere negotiations of purchase, sale or letting and may include such services as drawing up of leases, sale and leaseback arrangements, advice on permitted highest and best use (HBU) of property proposed to be acquired etc

- Negotiation for mortgage finance on behalf of clients This is better achieved by the professional firm because they have greater experience in working with the financial institutions and have more contacts than do individual clients. However, this is only undertaken under instruction by the client.
- Representation of clients in courts/tribunals to give expert evidence. This occurs in instances when there are disputed property valuation reports or any other technical issues
- Project management This entails the supervision of a construction project from the commencement to handover period. It involves great professional advice in the entire process and interpretation of plans in consultation with the architects and Engineers.
